50-minute class for those who want to build muscle and improve cardio fitness through circuit style training. Each week will be a blend of strength exercises each muscle group, with some core and cardio exercises sprinkled throughout. For some exercises there are body weight alternatives, but if you don't have weights, household items can be substituted - laundry soap, 2-liters, gallon jugs filled with water, cans from the pantry - get creative!
